Orders placed before noon will ship out within 48 business hours. You will receive notification by email, including tracking information, when your order has shipped. We use USPS Priority Mail to ship our boxes, which typically takes 2-3 days shipping time. Should you need your boxes sooner, please contact us at info@francesmckee.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

All orders placed through our website are considered gifts, therefore, we do not include a packing slip or receipt in our boxes.

Our Frances + McKee signature gift boxes are all uniquely created, but not customizable. We do offer a custom box program to cater specifically to your needs. The minimum order for a customized box is 6 units, and typically requires 3-4 weeks from order to delivery. Click HERE to begin building your custom order!

Our boxes are custom, and therefore, we do not offer returns. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, or if an item arrives damaged, email us at info@francesmckee.com and we will do everything we can to make it right. For damaged items, please include a picture of the product in your email.
